Gradus AD is a company with a one-tier management system. The company is managed by a Board of consisting of three members: Angel Angelov - Chairman of the Board of Directors, Georgi Babev - Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors and Bistra Kotseva – Deputy Chairman of the Board. The company is represented by its Executive Director Georgi Babev and Chairman of the Board Angel Angelov.
